"No Pressure, Honest Way"
On April 29 and 30 we brought our Dodge Caravan in for service--a
window regulator replaced on the 29th; Duane checked the car out as it had not
been in for awhile and we are leaving on a 2000 mile trip soon. He
presented us a list of things that would soon have to be repaired or replaced
and it might be wise to do them now, before a long trip. Since the
estimate was somewhat of a shock, we were hesitant, but decided to trust
Duane's advice and have it done. I brought the car back in on the 29th,
left it for most of the day and had all work done. The bottom line is
that the car runs so well, better than it ever has and we feel totally secure
to take off on a trip. I didn't realize how bad it had gotten and
appreciate the way Duane handled it---no pressure, just presented the situation
in an honest way, taking our forthcoming trip into consideration. I felt
you should be advised of a very positive response on your service
department.

As I mentioned, I am VERY pleased with the service I have received over the last year-ish from Larry MIller Dodge, but most of all from Service Writer "Guy Hernandez"/#596. Mr. Hernandez values his customers, provides professionalism, and respects his customers as if they are his only one!!!
I ask that recognition go to Mr. Hernandez. I'm hoping he's treated on a high level in pay and throughout your dealer as a role model. He makes it nice to get repairs done. Working with people that has an auto failure is quite challenging for any service writer. GO GUY !!!!!

"Outstanding Service"
I would like to let you know of the outstanding service I recieved starting with the sales director Steve, who then handed me over to Alex M Lorenzo to resolve my ongoing issue, with my new Nitro, that I had bought from Larry Miller Dodge. Alex proceeded with efforts to resolve my nightmare,which resulted in almost immediatly a resolution...to my surprise!!
Due to the efforts of these 2 people, my faith in LMD has been restored.
I hope they will be rewarded for the efforts theyv made for me & many others im sure!
