Dodge turns 100 this year. Take a minute and let that sink in. It means we've had over a century of innovative performance vehicles to enjoy, and an even brighter future going forward with vehicles like the 2015 Charger and Challenger in hand. As it were, the past held some pretty interesting models, too, such as this 1915 Touring Car we're going to share with you today.

The 1915 Touring Car was pretty state-of-the-art for then. With an open carriage and three-speed transmission, it was capable of just over 50 MPH on the era's unpaved roads. In addition, it featured toe-start, rather than the popular hand-crank, and came with mechanical rear braking.

What was it like to ride in, you wonder? These folks from the Chrysler Group will tell you all about it in the video below.

Here at our dealership in Peoria, AZ, we pledge a hassle-free car buying experience, and an even better driving experience. If you have yet to check out our new Dodge models, swing on by, or contact us to sign up for a test drive.
