After selling out earlier this year, it was recently announced that the 1500 model will see a production mix shuffle; the EcoDiesel will double in production to represent 20 percent of all 1500 models sold.
After winning Motor Trend's Truck of the Year for the Ram 1500, Ram also cleaned up at the 24th Annual Texas Truck Rodeo last month, winning Heavy Duty Truck of Texas for the second year in a row and scoring the award for Off-road Truck of Texas with the Ram Power Wagon. Ram models also feature the winner of the event's 'Best Connectivity Award', Chrysler Group Uconnect technology.
